Frequently Asked Questions
When can I start physiotherapy after surgery?
Gentle mobilisation can usually start within days after surgery, with your doctor’s permission. The earlier targeted therapy begins, the better the final outcome.
I want to return to sport – can you help?
Yes, at the end of the rehabilitation we also perform a sports-specific assessment and preparation, so you can safely return to your sport.
Do I need a medical referral?
You can come without a referral, but recent reports and your doctor’s recommendation help refine the therapy.
